Try just running the .bat script file on it’s own, by double clicking on it. If your computer shuts down then there is a problem with the configuration of the rule in outlook. If the computer doesn’t shutdown when the file is run then there is a problem with the .bat file, if this is the case make sure the text is the same as in http://screencastr.com/media/other/shutdown.bat If it still doesn’t work then give us a shout.

I did as you said, but there was no changes in my computer, no shutdown was done automatically.
